How does pricing work?
Epitomyze's HIPAA-compliant Epitomyze Cloud™ uses an intuitive pricing model that’s easy to understand and is built around quality and value. An “Account” consists of the account owner with additional users for their medical and administrative colleagues. This ensures that patients can be tracked and managed to a specific account holder. Should that account holder move to another office or a new doctor joins the practice, accounts can be moved or added simply and easily. And all the associated data stays with the account.
How many accounts to I need?
To ensure HIPAA compliance and enable full access tracking, each Account holder has their own Admin Privileges to set permissions for each user associated with that account. And, each User with access to patient information has their own user account with unique sign-in credentials. Focusing on the audit trail allows you to keep control of sensitive information while allowing practitioners to share information or to access it from multiple locations.
1st Account
Total Cost: $139.00/month-to-month or $125.00/month with annual subscription
Ideal for a single practice with one or more locations and providers that want to keep all of their photographs together in one account. Easily track and manage all patient image data and all those within the practice who come in contact with it, effectively, with security and compliance.
