Epitomyze Inc. Acquires Profect Medical, LLC

Pioneers in clinical photography combine assets, expertise and talent to deliver new vision

Pound Ridge, NY (January 25, 2016, )- Epitomyze Inc., a developer of advanced mobile imaging software and services, announced today that it has acquired Profect Medical Technologies, LLC, a leading provider of clinical photography equipment, software and services. Freddy Jones, founder and President of Profect, will assume the role of CEO at Epitomyze, effective immediately. John B. Duer, Managing Director of TrestleBrook, LLC, a lead investor and Director in Epitomyze, will be assuming the role of COO.
